EULA - End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free and, except as expressly provided for in this EULA, non-transferable right to use the Free Version of the Software, solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA (License).
2. Permitted Use
2.1 General Use

2.1.1 On the basis of the License, the Licensee may, download, install, and benefit from using the functionality of the Free Version of the Software on any number of computer systems solely in accordance with this EULA and the Documentation.

2.1.2 The Free Version of the Software requires its registration by the Licensee prior to its first use. Following its registration, the Free Version of the Software may be used by the Licensee with his/her own Identification Data given at the registration on any number of computer systems it is installed upon, without any further registrations.
2.2 Use by Third Party Users

On the basis of the License, the Licensee may allow, permanently or temporarily, any third party (Third Party User
